THE CORPORATION

Singularity Technologies, Inc. is a private corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Oregon on the 3rd of September 1994.

The purposes of the corporation are:

1. To research, develop, and license the technology of a new type of nuclear fusion reactor; and
2. To purchase, lease, rent, or otherwise acquire the necessary equipment, facilities and other resources and enter into the necessary contracts or agreements for such operations; and
3. To engage in any other business or enterprise and any other acts or activities for which corporations may be organized under the laws of the State of Oregon and to exercise such other powers and engage in all transactions as permitted by the laws of the State of Oregon.
